In a structure there may be a need to explore and better analyse certain situations or to imagine changes. In some cases, an external vision is needed to detect modes of operation and dynamics that are so established as to be imperceptible by the subjects implementing them.
The CCA can provide valuable support to facilities and organisations that wish to undertake, for example, an organisational analysis or offer supervision to their nursing staff.
It should be remembered that the values of the CCA include the centrality of the person and the well-being, both of the person being cared for and of the caregiver. The desire is therefore to be able to contribute practically to improving the organisation, working conditions, and internal dynamics, in order to foster quality of life.
