The MAS offers a choice between two specializations: the first in People and Organization Management, the second in People Management and Governance.
The training program will consist of three CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) courses, the last of which will determine the specialization:
- CAS 1: People Management and Development
- CAS 2: Human Development in Organizations
- CAS 3: choice between Culture, Leadership, and Change Management (People and Organization Management track) and Labor Law (People Management and Governance track).

The new MAS HCM is designed for those who work—or intend to work—in the human resources sector with management, development, and organizational transformation responsibilities.
The program provides the theoretical and operational tools to act knowledgeably in complex contexts, addressing the challenges of the HR function with a systemic, transformative, and future-oriented approach.
The modules cover all key aspects of human capital management: from the most strategic aspects related to current issues (organizational health, culture, new forms of work, DEI - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) to issues related to everyday life (talent acquisition and development, performance measurement, process digitization, reward & analytics).
The course is guided by the principle of putting people first—not as rhetoric, but as a concrete lever for generating value, well-being, and sustainability within organizational systems.
