Undergraduate and Graduate Studies
In 2005 Gianluca Montù received a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Insubria and in 2011 a master's degree in mechatronic engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin. Employed at the Department of Innovative Technologies since 2006, Gianluca Montù has held the positions of scientific collaborator, research assistant, researcher, and lecturer-researcher, until being appointed Senior Lecturer-Researcher in 2019.
Gianluca Montù has been teaching in the Department of Innovative Technologies since 2008 and is responsible for five Bachelor modules and the Physics teaching laboratory. In 2014 he obtained the teaching qualification for the Universities of Applied Sciences and the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Teaching.
Gianluca Montù will take office as Head of the Bachelor's Program in Electrical Engineering starting Sept. 1, with a four-year term.
