Quality in Continuing Education
The quality of the training offered is guaranteed by the application of a Continuing Education Management System (CEMS), which is integrated into the SUPSI Quality Assurance System (QAS). It ensures the continuous monitoring and improvement of the quality of courses and their management, considering in particular the impact generated on its primary stakeholders, i.e., the companies in the area.
This quality management system considers five aspects:
For each of the five aspects, the most significant elements were identified on which to apply predefined management policies and to which to look for the smooth functioning of the SUPSI university continuing education system.
Indicators make it possible to periodically evaluate Continuing Education through these five aspects. Evaluations are carried out both internally at SUPSI (self-evaluation) and by external bodies and entities (hetero-evaluation).
This continuous improvement approach promotes an internal quality culture in which stakeholders also participate.
