Through targeted tools designed to drive change and manage complexity, the program is based on the principle of putting people first—not as an abstract concept, but as a concrete framework for building organizational, economic, and social well-being.
The program features a revamped structure, consisting of a common first part that explores the themes of strategic management and people development, and a second part that offers a choice between two CAS, depending on the chosen specialization:
- HR Management & People Development: CAS People & Culture, Leadership and Change Management
- HR Management & Governance: CAS Labor Law
For whom is it intended?
The MAS is a program designed for professionals with experience in human resources who wish to develop advanced skills in the management and development of human capital. The program offers a comprehensive framework for working in the HR function, taking into account the various levels with which it interacts.
The program is particularly suited for those in leadership roles in personnel management, entrepreneurs, executives, and decision-makers, as well as consultants and specialists in organizational management, human resources, and the public and nonprofit sectors.
