Through tailor-made training, SUPSI has the opportunity to collaborate closely and extensively with companies, organizations and entities, carrying on a dialogue with the different actors that bring value to the territory.
Thus, on the one hand, listening to the needs of each organization provides important messages, allowing us to understand what challenges, trends and needs are most felt; on the other hand, this dialogue allows us to offer a response to these needs, in the form of training programs that unite the organization's strategic objectives with the professional and personal development of the individuals who make up the organization.
A recent example is the tailor-made training course with Casino Lugano, for the Swiss4Win team, which concluded last week. The course, titled “Training the future: skills and cultures to evolve together”, was conceived with an interdisciplinary approach and the intention of integrating management tools and practical techniques with a systemic vision, focused on transversal skills and interpersonal dynamics, fundamental in any organizational context.
The result, according to Casino Lugano, is positive and tangible: a more cohesive corporate climate, a greater ability to deal with change with flexibility, and a new awareness of each person's role in building value, for the organization and for the end customer.
In the words of Paolo Sanvido, CEO of Casino Lugano: “The program focuses on awareness of one's role within a collaborative business dynamic, and includes modules such as Strategy and Impact, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Effective Communication and Negotiation. We are committed to developing key skills such as strategic thinking and coping with change, which are critical in a constantly changing environment.”
Victor Blazquez, head of Continuing Education for the Management, human resources and economics area, adds, “This course has allowed us to acquire techniques and concepts that represent tools to be used in practice, applicable in the work reality; at the same time, the people who participated have worked on self-knowledge, to understand how to apply what they have learned in a collaborative way and achieve real impact and value.”
