Equal Opportunities
SUPSI promotes equal opportunities through actions that aim at equality, well-being and the enhancement of differences with a view to an inclusive training and working environment.
Principles and approach
SUPSI promotes a culture and implements actions aimed at equity and inclusion aimed at the entire academic community. Considering the relationships that exist between all differences such as gender, generation, culture, ability/disability, sexual orientation, etc., diversity is valued at all levels and areas of the School.
Fairness and equality
In order to guarantee equality within the institution, SUPSI considers the principle of equity as fundamental to the correct execution of all decision-making and operational processes. The desire to integrate the gender and diversity aspect into SUPSI policy, strategy and management is made explicit in official documents.
