SUPSI encourages mobility between institutions and welcomes Swiss, European and international students for study, internship and thesis activities, subject to agreement with the university of origin.

Applying for mobility

Matriculated students may generally study for one or two consecutive semesters, depending on their study programme and the availability of their chosen degree course, at a SUPSI department with which their home institution has inter-institutional agreements.

Scholarships

Grants are provided for SEMP incoming study and internship mobility.
The Swiss Confederation also awards excellence grants annually to promote international cooperation and research between Switzerland and more than 180 countries. These grants are aimed at young foreign researchers and artists with a master's or PhD or bachelor's degree.
