Equal Opportunities - Personality protection
SUPSI promotes institutional wellbeing and a work and study climate that respects the personality and personal integrity of its collaborators and students, free from any form of discrimination, mobbing or harassment, including of a sexual nature.
PSI undertakes to protect, safeguard and support its employees and students from any form of discrimination, as well as from mobbing and harassment, including harassment of a sexual nature (whether verbal, non-verbal and/or physical).
On this front, SUPSI applies a development plan on preventive and intervention measures.
The Personnel Directives and the Regulations on the Protection of Personality and Personal Integrity in Undergraduate and Graduate Studies formalise the procedures that can be undertaken in situations related to discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment, and indicate the channels and contact persons who can be contacted and who can be activated for verification and fact-finding, as well as for support, back-up and/or accompanying activities.
In parallel, SUPSI develops internal communication and training actions on the subject aimed at those with leadership responsibility and in Undergraduate and Graduate Studies.
