The Research Ethics Commission is a commission established by the SUPSI Board, as stated in the SUPSI Ethical Code, and decides on ethical issues raised by individual research projects excluding projects that fall under the competence of the Cantonal Ethics Committee under the Federal Act on Research involving Human Beings.
The Research Ethics Commission is composed of a President and three members appointed by the SUPSI Board and may also avail itself of the collaboration of external experts.
