Sustainability at the Long Night of Careers
The 2022 edition of the Long Night of Careers combined career prospects and the development of soft skills needed in the world of work with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the UN 2030 Agenda.
The student body and recent SUPSI graduates had the opportunity to reflect on their own contribution to meeting these challenges and to learn about good practices already implemented by companies and institutions present at the event. Three ideas from the "Make your campus more sustainable" competition were awarded prizes for their originality, feasibility and actual contribution or benefit to the SUPSI student community. The 20 ideas received were first evaluated by an internal SUPSI committee that selected the finalist ideas, and then by a jury composed of the sponsoring companies and SUPSI representatives.
