- defining procedures and tools to evaluate and develop processes and activities
- harmonise processes, procedures and links between the different units of the School
- define the criteria, methods and responsibilities for the proper management of quality documents within the documentary heritage;
- promote the development of quality by monitoring its evolution by means of an integrated communication system.
