CH-I Standardised tests in education: a comparison between Switzerland and Italy

At the suggestion of the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (EDK), CIRSE organised an international conference on the topic of standardised tests.

In the Bachelor's degree programmes in Pre-Primary Education, Bachelor's degree programmes in Primary Education, Master's degree programmes in Teaching for Secondary I level and Master's degree programmes in Teaching Mathematics for Secondary I level, the Centre delves into the subject of research methodology in education and accompaniment to the teaching profession in order to develop research skills in future teachers aimed at improving the profession itself.

The Centre is also actively involved, providing courses in the various disciplines, on the topics of democratic schooling, positive education, adolescent psychology and psychological capital.

As part of Continuing Education, courses are also offered related to ongoing research projects such as: highly sensitive children at school, character strengths, democracy at school, and psychological capital.
