Equal Opportunities - Didactis and teaching
The subject of managing diversity in the classroom is addressed in SUPSI teacher training. Gender and diversity issues are also integrated in some curricula with reference to the specific educational and professional field.
Didactis
For those teaching today, managing the diversity of one's audience is a topical challenge. Taking into account differences in gender, generation, culture, and ability is a competence that cuts across the teaching competencies and skills required of teachers. For this reason, SUPSI promotes inclusive and difference-conscious didactis by integrating the gender and Diversity dimension in the continuing education of SUPSI teachers delivered by the Teaching and Teacher Education Service.
Teaching
At SUPSI, attention to differences is integrated within some courses and seminars, as well as being the subject of in-depth study in some semester papers or bachelor's theses.Courses with a gender and Diversity sensitivity
