Processes and Quality Handbooks
SUPSI's priority processes are aimed at the operational development of the Quality Assurance System.
The SUPSI Quality Manual (MQ SUPSI) aims to develop the Quality Policy and Strategy (PSQ) and the Quality Assurance Model (MAQ) in an operational manner.
The SUPSI QM describes the key processes and activities considered a priority by the Management in order to promote quality and ensure the effective functioning of the Quality Assurance System (QAS). It also serves as a reference for the Management, Services, and Departments.
The SUPSI QM is supplemented by the QMs of the affiliated schools, which integrate the same processes, distinguishing between those applied uniformly and those managed with greater autonomy, referred to as “variants,” in accordance with the affiliation agreements.
The QMs are organized on the basis of the process map defined in the QAS:

The quality of institutional mandates and the SGQ remain SUPSI's permanent objective, in line with the provisions of the Federal Act on the Promotion and Coordination of the Swiss University Sector (LPSU) and the relevant ordinance.
