Quality Coordination Commission
The Quality Coordination Commission is responsible for supervising and coordinating the implementation of the Quality Assurance System (QMS). It is a body established by the Management.
The Quality Coordination Commission, as a body instituted by the SUPSI Direction, has the task of ensuring the supervision and coordination of the implementation of the Quality Assurance System throughout SUPSI, thus also including its affiliated Schools.
The Commission is responsible for coordinating and optimising the processes, ensuring a comprehensive overview by delegating their implementation to process managers. The various tasks include the definition and coordination of common tools, documentation and publication rules, internal communication and management of transversal issues such as participation, sustainability and equal opportunities. Furthermore, the Commission has the task of monitoring the actions of continuous quality improvement, while taking into consideration the aspects that emerge from the institutional accreditation procedure to which SUPSI is subjected every 7 years. Every four years, the Commission is required to coordinate the activities of writing a quality review for the attention of the SUPSI Management and Board.
Each affiliated Department and School integrates a representative into the Quality Coordination Commission.
